How does the program work? We provide two options; if you live within range of our lab we ask that you come to us so we can perform a clinical evaluation of your metabolism. Afterwards, we will measure, weigh and perform a body composition assessment to establish your current state of fitness and physical disposition. Then, we ask that you provide us with details of your eating behaviors, activity levels, lifestyle etc. and our nutritional counselor will begin developing your first run of meal plans. That is when the real work begins.
Over the next six weeks our nutritionist works closely with you to tweak and insure that everything is correct, along with periodic follow up visits to weigh and measure your progress and discuss meal options.
For our clients that are not able to meet with us in person, much of our work is conducted via our Online Virtual Coaching Program and phone consultation. We are confident that with our experience and tools we can absolutely make significant improvements in lieu of a clinical visit.
