Our program leaves nothing to chance. Experience teaches us that in order for our clients to see the level of change they hope for requires significant commitment. We’re ready to do our part, if you’re ready to do yours.
We know what it takes to make your dream a reality. Here is how your journey begins;
- All prospective clients must meet with us in private for a pre-training interview. If we collectively agree to move forward, we’ll need to schedule all of your pre-training assessments. We will also schedule the first two weeks of training.
- We will then ask for a summary of your eating habits, daily activities and commitments.
DAY ONE “The journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step”
You will meet with us by appointment at our lab to undergo a full battery of pre-program diagnostics. First you’ll undergo a weigh, measure and body composition study followed by a comprehensive resting and active metabolic assessments. Afterwards, we’ll perform some pre-training physical evaluations and strength assessments.
From this point forward we take a personal and professional interest in all that you do while in our care. We will require that you communicate with us via our online training journal indicating what, when, how much and how often you eat. We need to know; when you wake, when you go to sleep, comments regarding your mental and physical state each and every day. You will be informed via this “virtual coaching journal” what steps to take in every aspect of your soreness, hunger or personal training times. You will be responsible to upload heart rate specific data detailing your bodies’ response to training each day.
This may seem a bit invasive, but these extreme measures leave little to chance. If we know what you are doing and if you are compelled to honestly share with us what you do when not in our presence, you are far less likely to make mistakes or cheat.
We will write your daily meal plans, teach you how to prepare for each meal and keep you accountable. You will quickly learn that our approach to meal planning is not only highly effective, it is also very simple to follow and surprisingly satisfying. Starvation is not our goal. If you eat effectively you will have limitless energy to perform the work we have in store for you as you begin to shed body fat.
THE TRAINING
This is not something we leave for review. We are experts of knowing exactly how much we work we can extract from our clients, regardless of their current state of fitness. Armed with our pre-training assessment data, we’ll know exactly how to proceed.
How often we train depends on your level of commitment to our program. Generally we require a minimum of 8 weeks of training 5 times per week. Training fewer days per week is a possibility; this is a detail that we decide on in our initial interview.
Don’t make the mistake of assuming that we are similar to other boot camp programs you see in every town. Our program is reserved for people who are serious as we are about making this project a life changing event. All others need not apply.
