The Fitness Makeover  is a program unlike any other fitness program on the market. It is a culmination of all the important ingredients required to see both improvements in strength, weight loss, muscle tone and overall conditioning.

 

What makes our program so different from other “boot camp” style training programs?

We begin each client’s journey with a battery of comprehensive assessments. A clinical resting metabolic evaluation sets the stage for our customized meal plans that are carefully designed every day over the 8 week program.

Afterwards, we provide girth measurements, two separate methods of body composition testing for cross-reference, and a clinical assessment of your "active" metabolism. This test marks shifts in the metabolic pathways relative to heart rate response that is carefully monitored during all of the training sessions.

As apposed to other group exercise “Boot Camps” that depend solely upon “work” as a solution. This program will change your life. It will empower you with strength, confidence, self assurance and the education you need to keep you fit for the rest of your life! You cannot put a price tag on this outcome.

What kind of results can you expect from our programs?

We make only two promises; one, to keep our clients from harms way. Two, that our formula of work + nutrition + rest orchestrated by scientific methodology is the most sophisticated programming of it’s kind. The results are inevitable. All you need to do is show up and follow our direction implicitly, the results will follow. No question about it, our training is intense and it will challenge even the toughest of clients, yet we are careful to keep a handle on individual responses and are well experienced in the art of toeing the line where risk vs. benefit is concerned.  How much weight you lose, how much muscle you gain is all very subjective but no one is immune to improvement and our history has already exhibited remarkable “quality” weight loss and improvements in muscle tone.
