We are avidly
seeking someone who has experience in endurance
sport, preferably with a background in marketing
to fill the duties as Event Coordinator.
This position is best suited for
someone who is good with the
public, has excellent computer
skills, and is self motivated.
Much of the work can be
conducted from home and is
commission based.
If you need
a “flex” schedule but have the
right stuff, this position will
not only be financially
rewarding but it will also be
interesting and enjoyable.

Our flagship fitness program
has been THE FITNESS MAKEOVER
for women. Over the past few
years we learned a great deal
about training women, and how to
get the most progress in the
shortest amount of time. Our
approach to fitness begins with
a battery of assessments in our
lab that clearly sets the stage
for all of the critical
components of fitness and weight
management.
What we won't
ever do, is sacrifice health to
achieve weight reduction. It
is our firm belief that form
follows function, not only in
sports performance, but also in
fitness. When your body is
operating optimally the net
result is a firmer, stronger,
and leaner body, this is our
predominant focus..
Any well designed program
must have a beginning and an
end. We begin with the most
comprehensive assessments
available. We record your
weight, girth measurements and
body composition followed by a
functional movement screen and
strength tests. This gives us a
very concise picture of your
functionality and body mass
proportions. We then schedule a
resting metabolic assessment to
determine your daily caloric
needs. This provides us with
vital information in respect to
meal planning.
The last stop in
our lab is on the treadmill to
perform a cardio pulmonary
diagnosis of your fitness (commonly
referred to as a VO2 max test).
This test is considered the
"gold standard" of fitness
evaluation. Within a matter of
15 minutes we can show you a
report that clearly explains how
you stack up relative to your
age and also provides us with
precise programming information
that we translate into your
cardio vascular training.
The end result is
every minute you spend training
is optimized.

Once we have
identified all of your physical
strengths and limitations we can
safely and effectively embark
upon your training. One thing is
certain, if you apply yourself
wholeheartedly in any of our
programs, you will change for
the better. You WILL drop body
fat and you WILL improve your
strength and functionality
regardless of your current age
of condition.
We believe that
the concept of fitness begins
with a goal, the goal sets the
stage for planning and the plan
requires careful execution. We
never set about lifting weights
just for the sake of lifting
weights. We train movement not
muscle, movement trains muscle.
When muscles are integrated
through movement form takes
place. Isolating muscle causes a
disconnect in the bodies
synergistic harmony. This is
generally the underlying cause
of most skeletal-muscular
injures.
Regardless of the
initial desire when embarking on
a fitness project the end result
will always manifest into a
satisfactory outcome if the
simple concept of function first
is applied. Muscle tone, fat
loss, weight reduction or gain,
sports performance all are
achieved with function as the
directive.
