VO2 max and Heart Rate Prescription – we are experts in heart rate prescription and will provide a clinical evaluation of your working metabolism a long with the knowledge you’ll need to effectively govern your training.
Our Training Manual “My Best Race”- this is a comprehensive guide with over 130 pages of information and knowledge geared towards helping you the novice runner keep from making mistakes!
12 week custom Training Program – Based on our clinical findings and what we learn about you, we will tailor a training program for you that will be easy to follow and prepare you for your first race.
Virtual Coaching- After all the preparation is complete and you have a program to follow, we will continue to provide coaching via our online training program. This is an amazing service that we feel in most cases is better than being there. You get the accountability of knowing that we are reviewing all that you do and the expertise to support you when things become challenging or not challenging enough!

Beginner Training Program for Triathletes
Triathlon is a sport which requires skill in three separate disciplines; the ability to swim well, cycle and run with confidence. From a technical end, there are many details that left unattended can make competing at any distance more difficult than necessary. This program provides:
Dynamic Video assisted Bike Fit – getting the most out of your rides means having a bike that is tuned to your unique body. Once fitted, you will immediately notice enhanced comfort, greater power production and the ability to sustain the most aerodynamic position possible.
Dual VO2 max / Anaerobic Threshold Assessment – to achieve optimal adaptations from your training it is critical that you identify your anaerobic threshold on both the bike and your run. This knowledge provides you specific heart rate intensities while training which puts you in charge of your efforts. No more needless junk miles!
Video Gait Analysis / Running Form Coaching- Few runners actually run well. Most that are successful are so because of a unique mixture of strength to weight ratio which protects them from early injury in training. However, once trained to run with proper running mechanics, endurance gains and sustainable pace will improve from each progressive training session.
Online Coaching / Training Plan- It is difficult to coordinate training opportunities with groups, working around family commitments and occupation.
